  • Served as Vice President of the Woodland School District Board of Education for 2 years

Representative Joyce Mason is a lifelong Illinoisan and has called Gurnee home for over 25 years. She’s a mom, a teacher, a business leader, and a dedicated community volunteer.

Joyce has served as State Representative of Illinois’ 61st house district since January, 2019 and is a full time legislator. She is committed to listening thoughtfully and respectfully and to being an active voice in Springfield for all residents of the 61st district and the people of Illinois.
